摘要
为了提升煤矿井下采区变电所运行的安全性、可靠性,实现变电所无人值守。采用组态软件和PLC设计了煤矿采区变电所智能监控系统,通过上位机组态画面远程控制各开关的合闸、分闸操作,实时监测开关运行参数和变电所环境参数。实现变电所高压开关的远程控制、综合保护以及变电所环境参数超标报警等功能。描述了系统硬件和软件设计内容。该系统具有远程控制功能,能够实时检测开关运行的电流、电压等电气参数和环境温度、CH_(4)浓度、CO浓度、烟雾等参数,可以满足变电所无人值守的要求。
In order to improve the safety and reliability of substation operation in underground mining area of coal mine,realize unattended substation.This project uses configuration software and PLC to design the intelligent monitoring system of the substation in coal mining area.Through the upper computer configuration screen,the switch closing and opening operation is remotely controlled,and the switch running parameters and substation environmental parameters are monitored in real time.The functions of remote control,comprehensive protection of high voltage switch in substation and alarm of environmental parameters exceeding standard are realized.This paper describes the system hardware and software design content.The system has the function of remote control,which can detect the current,voltage and other electrical parameters of switch operation,as well as environmental temperature,CH_(4)concentration,CO concentration,smoke and other parameters in real time.It can meet the requirements of unattended substation.
