一种矿用低功耗馈电断电器的研究

摘要 馈电断电器作为煤矿安全监控系统的关键设备,需要使用本质安全型电源对其供电,目前市面上已有的本安电源设备由于煤矿安全要求的约束,本安电源端口输出能力被严格限制在安全范围内,大大增加了如馈电断电器等用电设备的取电难度,为了在已有的本安电源的本安输出参数不变的情况下连接更多数量的设备正常高效工作,既能帮助矿方降低成本、简化安装工作,又能为“智慧煤矿”的建设提供设备支撑,从低功耗的角度出发,介绍了一种低功耗馈电断电器,提出了硬件电路工作原理,并验证分析了低功耗下的断电执行、馈电检测等指标的准确性和稳定性。 As the key equipment of the coal mine safety monitoring system,the feed breaker needs to use the intrinsically safe power supply to supply power to it.At present,due to the constraints of coal mine safety requirements,the output capacity of the intrinsically safe power port of the existing intrinsically safe power supply equipment on the market is strictly limited within the safe range,which greatly increases the difficulty of obtaining power for electrical equipment such as feed breaker,In order to connect more equipment to work normally and efficiently under the condition that the intrinsic safety output parameters of the existing intrinsic safety power supply remain unchanged,which can not only help the mining party reduce costs and simplify installation work,but also provide equipment support for the construction of"smart coal mine",this paper introduces a low-power feeding circuit breaker from the perspective of low power consumption,puts forward its hardware circuit working principle,and verifies and analyzes its power-off execution under low power consumption Accuracy and stability of feed detection and other indicators.
