摘要 目的 探讨小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)+翻转课堂模式在留学生的儿科临床技能教学中的应用及效果。方法 选取西安交通大学医学院2015级临床医学专业的留学生96名为研究对象,随机分为实验组(48人)和对照组(48人)。实验组中采用SPOC+翻转课堂模式结合视频反馈对留学生进行儿科临床技能教学,对照组中采用传统教学模式对留学生进行儿科临床技能教学。比较分析两组出科考核成绩及教学满意度测评结果。结果 实验组留学生在病史采集及病历书写、一般体格测量和系统查体、心肺复苏、临床思维、人文关怀5个方面的出科考核成绩均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为3.562、2.810、2.958、2.779、3.984,P<0.05)。实验组留学生在教学模式认可度、教学内容掌握程度、提升自主学习能力、提高学习积极性、参与度、自我满意程度6个方面非常满意的比例均明显高于对照组(χ^(2)值分别为11.869、32.512、26.774、25.680、26.133、15.577,P<0.05)。结论 SPOC+翻转课堂模式能提高留学生儿科临床技能的教学效果。 Objective To explore the application and effect of small private online course(SPOC)+flipped classroom mode in pediatric clinical skills teaching for international students.Methods A total of 96 international students, who majored in clinical medicine and were in grade 2015 in Xi′an Jiaotong University Health Science Center, were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=48) and the control group(n=48).The experimental group adopted SPOC+flipped classroom mode combined with video feedback to conduct pediatric clinical skills teaching for international students, while the control group adopted traditional teaching method to conduct pediatric clinical skills teaching for international students.The examination scores of clinical practice and teaching satisfaction results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The examination scores of clinical practice in five aspects including medical history taking and writing, general physical measurement and systematic physical examination, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, clinical thinking and humanistic care in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.562,2.810,2.958,2.779 and 3.984,respectively, P<0.05).The proportions of international students with high satisfaction in six aspects including teaching mode recognition, teaching content mastery, improving independent learning ability, learning positivity, participation and self-satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(χ^(2)=11.869,32.512,26.774,25.680,26.133 and 15.577,respectively, P<0.05).Conclusion SPOC+ flipped classroom mode can improve the teaching effect of pediatric clinical skills for international students.
