摘要
磷石膏因化学组成与天然石膏相似,可作为水泥缓凝剂使用,但由于受可溶性磷氟等杂质负面影响,其在水泥行业中的利用率一直偏低。本文对比了不同改性工艺对磷石膏性能的影响,同时优选最佳改性磷石膏与天然石膏复配方案制备水泥,确定改性磷石膏搭配使用比例,在保证水泥质量的前提下,提高磷石膏在水泥生产中的综合利用率。
Phosphogypsum can be used as a cement retarder,because its chemical composition is similar to that of natural gypsum,but its utilization rate in the cement industry has been low due to the negative impact of impurities such as soluble phosphorus and fluorine.In this paper,the effects of different modification processes on the properties of phosphogypsum were compared,the optimal compound scheme of modified phosphogypsum and natural gypsum was selected to prepare cement,determining the combined use ratio of modified phosphogypsum.Under the premise of ensuring the quality of cement,the comprehensive utilization rate of phosphogypsum in cement production should be improved.
