伊拉克SAMAN项目旁路放风系统实践

摘要 本项目以重油作燃料,但重油中硫含量较高,而且所用原料中挥发性有害成分含量也超出正常指标。基于以上原因,通过加装旁路放风装置,优化工艺操作,项目最终实现了生产线的稳定优质产出。本项目的成功经验表明,只要操作得当,利用旁路放风装置,就能有效降低其对生产熟料的影响,同时也为相似生产线提供了参考经验。 This project uses HFO as fuel,the sulfur content in HFO is high,and the harmful volatile content in the raw materials is also beyond the normal index.Due to the above reason,by installing the bypass system and optimizing the process operation,the project finally achieved stable and high-quality output of kiln system.The successful experience of this project shows that as long as it is properly operated,the bypass system can effectively reduce the bad impact on the clinker and kiln system for harmful volatile content,and also provides reference experience for similar production lines.
