乡村振兴背景下中英传统军事聚落历史、形态与发展比较研究——以蓬莱水城和约克古城为例

Comparative Study on History,Form and Development of the Traditional Forts between China and Britain under the Background of Rural Revitalization:A Case Study in Penglai Water City and York City

历史悠久的中国创造了辉煌灿烂的华夏文明,也造就了无数宝贵的传统文化遗产。中国拥有为数众多的世界遗产,但是与欧洲发达国家相比,尚有大量有价值的中小型传统聚落遗产未被妥善保护,其资源远未被充分利用和开发。以中国和欧洲传统聚落现状差异为出发点,选取英国名城约克的传统城区和我国明代海防重镇山东蓬莱水城,比较两者的历史演进过程和形态差异。通过借鉴英国的先进经验,充分挖掘明代海防军事聚落的资源潜力,进而带动就业,促进地方经济发展,为我国的乡村振兴大业助力。

China is a country with a long history and has created a brilliant Chinese civilization and countless valuable traditional cultural heritages.China has a large number of world heritage sites,but compared with the developed countries in Europe,there are still a large number of valuable small and medium-sized traditional settlement heritage that have not been properly protected,and its resources are far from being fully utilized and developed.Based on the differences in the current situation of traditional settlements between China and Europe,the traditional urban area of York,a famous British city,and Shandong Penglai Water City,an important coastal defense fort in the Ming Dynasty are selected to compare the historical evolution process and morphological differences between the two.By learning from Britain’s advanced experience,the resource potential of coastal defense military forts in the Ming Dynasty is fully tapped,so as to drive employment,promote local economic development and help rural revitalization in China.
