压缩机管线系统减振约束设计

摘要 针对石油石化行业中压缩机及其与之相连的管路系统由于长时间服役出现的振动问题,采用调整系统刚度进行控制的方案解决压缩机管线系统的振动,通过调整碟形弹簧垫圈的数量和安装方式实现不同刚度的弹性连接的通用管夹,并通过管路系统振动分析确定了管夹的数量和位置,设计了管夹的约束形式。实践应用结果表明,该型式约束振动控制效果良好。 In the petroleum and petrochemical industry,the compressor and its connected pipeline system often vibrate because of the long-time service,so it is necessary to analyze and control the vibration of the compressor,especially the piping system.We solve the problem of vibration compressor pipeline system by adjusting the system stiffness control scheme.We propose a general realization of different elastic stiffness of connection by adjusting the number of dish spring washer and installation of pipe clamp.The number and position of pipe clamps are determined by the analysis of pipeline system vibration,which helps to design the pipe clamp constraints.The effect of this type of constrained vibration control is validated good in practice,which provides a convenient and new idea for researchers to reduce the vibration of pipeline system.
