储油罐清洗油气浓度在线监测系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对储油罐清洗过程中因油气浓度过高而造成中毒、窒息和火灾爆炸等重大事故的问题,设计了一种储油罐清洗油气浓度在线监测系统。利用ANSYS和FLUENT软件对储油罐内油气的浓度分布进行模拟仿真,设置气体采样点;采用多传感器融合技术对储油罐内、外的油气浓度及环境温度进行实时在线监测;结合神经网络模型对储罐内油气浓度进行预测。软件部分基于LabVIEW进行开发,使用Access数据库进行数据存储,使用可扩展标记语言(XLM)记录传感器及MODBUS TCP连接信息,可实现数据采集、实时显示及数据查询、删除等功能。该系统结构简单、界面直观、操作简便,能对储油罐清洗时的油气进行实时在线监测。 In view of the serious accidents such as poisoning,suffocation,fire and explosion caused by high oil and gas concentration in the process of oil tank cleaning,an on-line monitoring system for oil and gas concentration in oil tank cleaning is designed.ANSYS and FLUENT software are used to simulate the concentration distribution of oil and gas in the oil storage tank,and set gas sampling points;The multi-sensor fusion technology is used to monitor the oil and gas concentration and ambient temperature inside and outside the oil storage tank in real time;The oil and gas concentration is predicted by neural network model.The software part is developed based on LabVIEW,access database is used for data storage,extensible markup language(XLM)is applied to record the sensor and Modbus TCP connection information,which can realize the functions of data acquisition,real-time display,data query and deletion.The system,which has the advantages of simple structure,intuitive interface and simple operation,can monitor the oil and gas during tank cleaning in real time.
