摘要
人工智能所具有的多学科交叉、融合、迁移、渗透等独特性,使人工智能人才培养与其他工科专业相比具有更高的挑战度。本文对人工智能人才培养的策略、原则、模式进行了分析探讨,并从实践上进行探索,提出应从人工智能学科属性、科学内涵、学科发展、经济社会需求及学生能力素质提升等方面把握人工智能学科专业体系建设,通过体制机制改革,推进跨学科资源有机整合,建立多学科联合与协同的新型教师队伍,构建系统的、多学科支撑、专通融合的课程体系,搭建人工智能实践与创新平台,深入实施产教融合、科教融合,真正实现多学科融合和产学研协同育人。
The uniqueness of multi-disciplinary intersection,integration,migration and penetration of artificial intelligence makes the cultivation of artificial intelligence talents more challenging than other engineering specialties.This paper analyzes and discusses the strategies,principles and modes of artificial intelligence talent training,and explores it in practice.And then,it puts forward that the construction of artificial intelligence discipline system should be grasped from the aspects of artificial intelligence discipline attribute,scientific connotation,discipline development,economic and social needs and the improvement of students'ability and quality,meanwhile,it should promote the integration of interdisciplinary resources through the structural reform of education,establish a new multi-disciplinary team of teachers,build a systematic,multi-disciplinary and integrated curriculum system,create an artificial intelligence practice and innovation platform,deeply implement the integration of industry and education and the integration of science and education,and truly realize the multi-disciplinary integration and collaborative education of industry,university and research.
