摘要
根据规范要求达到一定规模的剧场建筑主舞台应设置雨淋系统。雨淋系统喷头的布置形式有不跨分区的布置形式和跨分区的布置形式两种。跨分区的布置形式可以做到每个雨淋阀的喷水面积和系统作用面积恰好是260 m^(2)的极限情况,从而降低系统设计流量,减少消防水池容积。除去这种极限状况外,若喷头布置完全相同,跨分区的布置形式并不能降低系统的设计流量,反而要高于不跨分区的布置形式。在任一点发生着火时,跨分区布置可以保证在只开一个雨淋阀的情况下着火点附近的两列喷头同时动作,但是,对着火时雨淋阀的控制,特别是现场手动应急操作提出了更高的要求。最后,对雨淋阀设置位置进行探讨分析。
According to the specification requirements,the main stage of theater buildings with a certain scale shall be equipped with a deluge sprinkler system.The sprinkler of the deluge system can be arranged in two forms:non cross-zone arrangement and cross-zone arrangement.The cross-zone arrangement can ensure that the spray area and operation area of each deluge valve can reach exactly the limit of 260 m^(2),so as to reduce the system design flow and reduce the volume of fire protection water tank.But,except for this extreme condition,if the sprinklers are arranged exactly the same,the cross-zone arrangement can not reduce the design flow of the system.The design flow is higher than the non cross-zone arrangement instead.In case of fire at any point,the cross-zone arrangement can ensure that two rows of sprinklers near the fire point work at the same time when only one deluge valve is opened.However,higher requirements are put forward for the control of deluge valve in case of fire,especially for on-site manual emergency operation.The paper discusses and analyzes the setting position of deluge valve in the end.
