基于末端压力反馈的二次供水水泵优化运行研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着高层住宅建筑增多,应用二次供水泵组进行加压供水的方式越来越普遍。目前,大多数的二次供水泵房采用泵出口恒压控制方式,过度提升供水压力,造成较大能源浪费。选用最不利点压力反馈控制方式,基于末端压力进行水泵的调速组合优化运行,应用到实际工程案例中可以取得较为显著的节能效果。 With the increasing of high-rise residential buildings,it is more and more common to use secondary water supply pump group for pressurization.Most of the secondary water supply pump houses adopt constant-pressure control mode at the pump outlet,which excessively boosts the water supply pressure and wastes a lot of energy.In this study,the worst hydraulic point is selected as the pressure control point,and the operation optimization of the pumps’speed adjustment and combination is carried out based on the terminal pressure feedback,which has achieved remarkable energy saving effect when applied to practical engineering case.
