分枝杆菌感染中成纤维细胞作用的研究进展

摘要 分枝杆菌是一种革兰阳性杆菌,可引起慢性传染性疾病。成纤维细胞广泛存在于人体各组织器官中,通过与巨噬细胞相互作用、细胞免疫、分泌活性物质等多种途径参与分枝杆菌感染引起的免疫反应,并与分枝杆菌肉芽肿的形成、发展密切相关。本文对分枝杆菌感染中成纤维细胞以上作用研究进行综述,为分枝杆菌防治提供依据。 Mycobacterium is a gram-positive bacterium that causes chronic infectious diseases.Fibroblasts are widely present in various tissues and organs of the human body.They participate in the immune response to mycobacterial infections via multiple mechanisms such as interaction with macrophages,cellular immunity and secretion of active substances,and are associated with the formation and development of mycobacterial granuloma.In this paper,the role of fibroblasts in mycobacterial infections is reviewed to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of mycobacterial infections.
