摘要
聚丙烯是一种典型的半结晶热塑性聚合物,在工业生产和日常生活中均有着广泛的应用。在不同的结晶条件下,聚丙烯主要可形成α、β、γ三种晶型。β晶型聚丙烯(β-PP)具备优异的韧性和热性能,在科学研究领域备受关注。目前最便捷、最高效的诱导生成β-PP的方法是添加β成核剂。本文介绍了成核剂诱导结晶的机理并综述了当前聚丙烯β成核剂的研究现状,涉及的β成核剂种类包括无机类、稠环化合物类、酰胺化合物类、二元羧酸盐类、稀土类以及聚合物类。最后,对聚丙烯β成核剂的设计与制备提出了几点建议。
Polypropylene is a typical semicrystalline thermoplastic polymer, which is widely used in industrial production and daily life. Under different crystallization conditions, polypropylene can mainly form three crystal structures: α, β and γ. β-PP has attracted much attention in scientific research due to its excellent toughness and thermal properties. At present, the most convenient and efficient method to induce β-PP is to add β-nucleating agents. In this paper, the mechanism of nucleating agents induced crystallization is introduced and the research status of β-nucleating agents for polypropylene is reviewed. The types of β-nucleating agents involved include inorganic substances, fused ring compounds, amide compounds, dicarboxylic acid salts, rare earth compounds, and polymer nucleating agents. Finally, several suggestions are put forward for the design and preparation of β-nucleating agents for polypropylene.
