摘要
橡胶制品如轮胎、密封圈、传送带等,是由橡胶材料和大量填料组成的复杂的复合材料体系。橡胶的链结构对制品的性能影响较大。官能化橡胶可赋予橡胶复合材料更高的聚合物-填料相互作用、更低的滞后、优异的填料分散性、更低的滚动阻力、优异的耐磨性及疲劳性能等。本文主要对几种通用合成橡胶,如溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)、聚异戊二烯橡胶(IR)、聚丁二烯橡胶(BR)等的官能化方法、链结构及性能进行了综述,展望了通用橡胶高性能化的方向及应用前景。
Rubber products such as tires,seal ring and conveyer belt,are complex composite material systems composed of rubber materials and a large number of fillers.The chain structure of rubber has a great influence on the properties of the products.Functionalized rubber can give rubber composites higher polymer-filler interaction,lower hysteresis,excellent filler dispersion,lower rolling resistance,excellent wear and fatigue resistance.In this paper,the functionalization methods,chain structure and properties of several general purpose synthetic rubbers,such as SSBR,IR and BR,were reviewed.The high performance direction and application prospect of general purpose rubbers were discussed.
