摘要
磁响应形状记忆聚合物是一种能在外界磁场刺激下发生形状变化的智能材料,为解决热响应形状记忆聚合物在某些场合无法直接加热促使形状恢复提供了新的方案。本文综述了磁响应形状记忆聚合物的研究进展,结合磁热效应对磁热响应形状记忆机理进行了阐述,介绍了一种无热磁响应形状记忆效应。其次对用于磁响应形状记忆聚合物的主要基体材料进行了介绍,随后介绍了磁响应形状记忆聚合物在生物医用、自愈合、软机器人领域的应用进展,最后,总结了磁响应形状记忆聚合物的优点,提出所面临的问题并进行了展望。
Magnetically responsive shape memory polymer is a class of intelligent materials that can change its shape in response to stimulation of external magnetic field.It provides a new way to solve the problem that the thermally responsive shape memory polymer cannot be directly heated to recover the permanent shape in some situations.In this paper,the research progress of magnetically responsive shape memory polymer is reviewed.The mechanism of magnetically responsive shape memory polymer is discussed in combination with magnetocaloric effect,and an athermal magnetically responsive shape memory polymer is introduced.Secondly,the main matrix materials used for magnetically responsive shape memory polymer are introduced.Then,the application progress of magnetically responsive shape memory polymer in the fields of biomedical,self-healing and soft robotics is introduced.Finally,the advantages of magnetically responsive shape memory polymer are summarized,the problems faced are put forward and the prospect is given.
