新工科建设背景下高分子材料与工程专业人才培养模式改革与实践 被引量:10

The Exploration and Practice of Talent Training Mode of Polymer Materials and Engineering Major under the Background of New Engineering Disciplines Construction

摘要 推进新工科建设,促进专业建设与产业发展需求高度融合,提升工程教育改革的内涵,对提升我国工程教育人才培养质量具有重要意义。本文从培养目标确定、培养方案设计、教师工程实践能力培养、校企合作协同育人机制建立、教学过程质量监控和持续改进保障等方面介绍了鲁东大学高分子材料与工程专业围绕新工科建设进行的人才培养模式改革和取得的初步成效,对地方高校高分子材料与工程等专业的高素质工程技术人才培养具有一定的借鉴意义。 It is of great importance to improve the quality of training talents in engineering education in China by promoting the construction of new engineering disciplines,boosting the high degree of integration between major construction and industrial requirements,and enhancing the connotation of engineering education reform.The present study introduces the exploration,practice,and preliminary achievement of talent training mode reform of polymer materials and engineering major of Ludong University under the background of new engineering disciplines construction.A series of measures such as the determination of training objective,optimization of education program,cultivation of teachers′ engineering practice ability,establishment the cooperation between school and enterprise for talent training,monitoring of teaching process and sustaining improvement have been applied for the reform.The research has certain reference significance for the cultivation of high quality engineering talents of polymer materials and engineering major in local universities.
