Establishing A Digital Service System of Living:Theoretical Framework and Global Experiences

数字化生活服务以数据为关键生产要素,通过数字技术与生活服务过程的结合突破传统生活服务的局限性,为提升生活服务供给水平带来巨大潜力。虽然当前各类数字化生活服务应用与技术不断涌现,但其对数字生活的支持十分有限,反映出数字化转型方向不明确,有效应用场景挖掘不足,以及数字化生活服务建设缺乏体系性与顶层设计,影响服务效果与实现的问题,凸显出体系化地构建数字化生活服务的重要性与迫切性。本研究基于对数字化生活服务机制及各要素结构的分析,提出数字化生活服务体系的理论框架,明确数字化生活服务体系的要素、关系结构以及建设机理,并在全球经验分析基础上提出全方位打造数字化生活服务体系的建议,为构建数字化生活服务体系、应用功能与场景挖掘、以及全方位提升数字化生活服务水平提供引导。

Digital life services,with the integration of data and technologies,transcend the limitations of traditional life services and bring out great potential for improving the level of life.On the other hand,the current technologies have not yet provided sufficient support for digital living,and the prospect of digital transformation remains to an extent unclear and ineffective,due to the lack of systematic and top-level design.This paper analyzes many aspects of digital services mechanism and puts forward a theoretical framework for digital life services,covering the key factors,structures and components.The paper proposes establishing a digital service system on the basis of global experiences.
