某圆柱型感应电磁泵设计与验证

Design and Verification of a Cylindrical Induction Electromagnetic Pump

摘要 电磁泵作为钠冷快堆涉钠辅助系统的驱动装置,其性能的好坏直接关系到系统能否安全可靠地运行。本文基于等效电路法,采用VB语言开发了圆柱型感应电磁泵电磁设计程序,并完成了40 m^(3)/h,0.9 MPa电磁泵样机的工程设计。然后,在钠试验回路上对该电磁泵样机进行综合性能试验,试验结果表明:电磁泵的流量-扬程特性曲线满足设计指标,指标偏差小于5%,可以为工程所应用。 As the driving device of the sodium related auxiliary system of the sodium cooled fast reactor,the performance of electromagnetic pump is directly related to the safe and reliable operation of the system. Based on the equivalent circuit method,the electromagnetic design program of the cylindrical induction electromagnetic pump is developed by VB language,and the engineering design of a 40 m^(3)/h,0.9 MPa electromagnetic pump prototype is completed. Then,the comprehensive performance test of the electromagnetic pump prototype is carried out in the sodium test circuit. The test results show that the flow head characteristic curve of the electromagnetic pump meets the design index,and the index deviation is less than 5%. This method can be used in engineering.
