通络泄浊方外洗治疗维持性血液透析继发不宁腿综合征疗效观察

Observation on the effect of external washing with the Tongluo Xiezhuo recipe on maintenance hemodialysis patients with the secondary restless legs syndrome

目的探讨通络泄浊方外洗对维持性血液透析继发不宁腿综合征患者心理状态、睡眠质量及生活质量的影响。方法按照随机对照的研究原则将60例维持性血液透析继发不宁腿综合征患者分成对照组与观察组,各30例。在血液透析治疗基础上,对照组口服盐酸普拉克索片,观察组联合通络泄浊方外洗治疗,2组均连续治疗12周。观察比较2组治疗前后不宁腿综合征症状程度评分(IRLS)、睡眠质量评分(PSQI)、焦虑状态评分(HAMA)、生活质量评分(RLSQoL)变化,并对比2组总有效率和治疗方案安全性。结果观察组治疗后IRLS评分、HAMA评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),RLSQoL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率(83.3%,25/30)优于对照组(60.0%,18/30)(P<0.05);2组均无药物相关不良反应发生。结论通络泄浊方外洗治疗能够显著改善维持性血液透析继发不宁腿综合征患者睡眠质量、心理状态及生活质量,疗效确切,安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the effect of external washing with the Tongluo Xiezhuo recipe on the mental state,sleep quality and life quality of maintenance hemodialysis patients with the secondary restless legs syndrome.Methods According to the principle of randomized control,60 maintenance hemodialysis patients with the secondary restless legs syndrome were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of hemodialysis,the control group took pramipexole hydrochloride tablets orally,while the observation group was treated by external washing with the Tongluo Xiezhuo recipe,both for 12 weeks.The changes of the International Restless Legs Scale (IRLS) scores,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores,Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) scores,and Restless Legs Syndrome Quality of Life Questionnaire (RLSQoL) scores of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared,and the total effective rate and safety of treatment plan were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of IRLS,HAMA and PSQI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05),while the RLSQoL score was higher (P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group (83.3%,25/30) was higher than that of the control group (60.0%,18/30) (P<0.05).No drug-related adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion External washing with the Tongluo Xiezhuo recipe can significantly improve the sleep quality,mental state and quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients with the secondary restless legs syndrome,with a definite curative effect and higher safety.
