广州市某高校大学生艾滋病与性健康教育情况调查

Survey of AIDS education and sexual health in a university in Guangzhou

目的 了解广州市某高校对预防艾滋病及性健康知识的认知情况,为高校健康教育提供理论依据。方法 采用网络问卷的形式对广州市某高校1 689名在校大学生进行调查。问卷基本信息包括学生的性别、年级以及生源地。问卷调查的内容包括大学生艾滋病核心防治内容,以及性健康教育调研小组设计的性健康相关知识。结果 大学生对于艾滋病核心八条的防治知识知晓率为87.2%,其中,男生知晓率为85.0%,女生知晓率为88.1%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.877,P=0.090)。生源地属北、上、广、深、省会城市以及普通地级市的学生知晓率明显高于来源于县城及农村的学生,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=43.601,P<0.001)。大学生的性健康知识令人满意,但“艾滋病在我国大学生中呈快速增长趋势”的知晓率只有55.3%,仅43.2%的大学生愿意与患有艾滋病的同学一起上学。结论 该校大学生对于艾滋病核心八条的防治知识知晓率仍低于国家标准,需要开展高校性健康教育,从源头上遏制艾滋病在高校的传播。

Objective To understand the awareness of AIDS prevention and sexual health knowledge in a university of Guangzhou,and provide the theoretical evidence for the health education in colleges and universities.Methods Based on the online questionnaire,a survey of 1 689 students in a university in Guangzhou was conducted.The basic information of the questionnaire included students’ gender,grade and place of origin.The investigating contents included the core knowledge of AIDS prevention and treatment and the sexual health knowledge designed by the sexual health education research team.Results The awareness rate of Eight Basic Principles of AIDS Prevention for the students in the university in the study was 87.2%.The awareness rate was 85.0% for male students and 88.1% for female students,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ~2=2.877,P=0.090).Students from Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,capitals of province and ordinary prefecture level cities had a higher awareness rate than students from county-level cities and countryside,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=43.601,P <0.001).The awareness rate of sexual health knowledge among college/university students was satisfactory,but the awareness rate of the knowledge that AIDS cases showd a rapid increasing trend among the college/university students in China was only 55.3%,and only 43.2% of college/university students were willing to study together with students with AIDS.Conclusion The awareness rate of Eight Basic Principles of AIDS Prevention is still lower than the requirement of national standard among the students in this university.We need to keep making an effort to carry out sexual health education for stopping the spread of AIDS in colleges and universities from the source.
