基于CiteSpace对2012-2020年全国麻风病研究的可视化分析

Visual analysis on national leprosy researches based on CiteSpace from 2012 to 2020

目的探讨《全国消除麻风病危害规划实施方案》(2012—2020年)(以下简称《消麻规划》)实施以来麻风病的研究热点与研究趋势,为我国“十四五”规划的制定和研究提供参考依据。方法运用CiteSpace 5.7.R4和Office Excel 2019软件对武汉大学图书馆中国知网(www.cnki.net)中2012年1月1日—2020年12月31日麻风病研究领域的期刊文献进行科学计量可视化分析。结果《消麻规划》实施以来麻风病领域研究中文期刊文献累计发表1718篇,逐年发文量多有波动,总体呈下降趋势,2017年发文量最多,为258篇;该领域研究者以个人研究为主,研究者之间合作度较低且单个研究者发文量普遍较少;机构合作不密切、交融度不足;“流行病学特征”自2015年起一直是该领域的研究热点;“生存质量”“流行特征”和“畸残”成为该领域的研究趋势。结论麻风病研究领域以“流行病学特征”为中心的研究模式已初步形成,但研究力度待加大,如此方能更好地促进麻风病研究不断发展与完善,从而有望在“十四五”期间全面消除麻风病危害。

Objective To explore the research highlights and trends in terms of leprosy since the implementation of National Plan for Elimination of Leprosy Hazards(2012—2020)(hereinafter referred to as NPELH),and to provide the reference basis for the formulation and research of China′s 14 th Five-Year Plan.Methods The scientometric visualization analysis on journal papers in the field of leprosy research in CNKI in Wuhan University Library from January 1,2012 to December 31,2020 was conducted using CiteSpace 5.7.R4 and Office Excel 2019 software.Results The total number of Chinese journal papers published in the field of leprosy research since the implementation of the NPELH hit 1718,and frequent fluctuations with an overall decreasing trend were noted for the number of papers published year by year,the number of papers published in 2017 was maximum,coming up to 258;the investigators in the field were mainly individual investigators with a low degree of coordination among researchers and generally low number of papers published by individual researchers;institutions didn′t closely coordinate and failed to have enough blending degree.“epidemiologic features”had been the research highlights in the field since 2015;the“quality of survival”,“epidemiological characteristics”and“deformity disability”gradually became the research trends in the field.Conclusion The research model focusing on“epidemiologic features”in the field of leprosy research has been initially formed,and research efforts remain being tightened to boost continuous development and improvement of leprosy research in a better way,so as to achieve the total elimination of leprosy hazards during the 14 th Five-Year Plan.
