某三甲医院放射工作人员个人受照剂量及健康状况分析 被引量:1

Analysis on individual dose and health status of radiation workers in an AAA hospital

摘要 目的调查分析2017—2020年某三甲医院放射工作人员个人受照剂量及健康状况,为进一步加强医疗机构对放射工作人员辐射防护及完善职业健康管理体系提供参考。方法采用SPSS 26.0软件对2017—2020年某三甲医院放射工作人员个人受照剂量及健康体检结果进行统计分析。结果2017—2020年某三甲医院放射工作人员监测人数逐年增加(274~436人),人均年有效剂量呈下降趋势(0.26~0.21 mSv);个人年有效剂量范围0.07~13.0 mSv/a,平均0.23 mSv。介入放射学工作人员人均年有效剂量最高(0.30 mSv),不同工种人均年有效剂量差异有统计学意义(H=14.952,P=0.005)。核医学皮肤异常率明显上升(14.5%),皮肤异常率不同年龄、工龄及工种间比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=47.224、21.033、16.220,P<0.05)。结论2017—2020年某三甲医院放射工作人员人均年有效剂量处于较低水平,放射工作人员所处辐射环境安全,但放射工作人员的健康仍受到一定程度的影响。提示放射防护需继续加强,特别是核医学和介入放射学。 Objective To investigate and analyze the personal exposure dose and health status of radiation workers in an AAA hospital from 2017 to 2020,and to provide references for further strengthening the safety protection on radiation workers in memedical institutions and improving the health management system.Methods SPSS 26.0 software was utilized to analyze the results of personal dose and occupational health examination of radiation workers in an AAA hospital from 2017 to 2020.Results The number of monitored people of radiation workers in an AAA hospital from 2017 to 2020 increased yearly(274-436 people),and annual effective dose per capita showed a downward trend(0.26-0.21 mSv).Annual effective doses for individuals ranged from 0.07 to 13.0 mSv/a with an average of 0.23 mSv.The annual effective dose per capita of interventional radiology workers was the maximum(0.30 mSv),and the differences among different types of work were statistically significant(H=14.952,P=0.005).The abnormality rate of skins in nuclear medicine was significantly elevated(14.5%),and the differences among different ages,working ages and types were statistically significant(χ^(2)=47.224,21.033,16.220,P<0.05).Conclusion The per capita annual effective dose of the hospital is at a low level from 2017 to 2020,the radiation workers are in a safe radiation environment,and the health of the radiation workers remains being influenced to a certain extent.Therefore,the radiation protection is required to be tightened,especially nuclear medicine and intervention.
