医学院学生面部蠕形螨感染情况分析

Investigation and analysis on facial demodex infection among medical students

目的了解石家庄地区某医学院学生面部蠕形螨感染情况,为大学生防治面部蠕形螨感染提供科学依据。方法采用透明胶纸粘贴法对某医学院3个年级不同专业的学生进行标本采集,同时采用线上问卷调查的方式对相关影响因素进行分析。结果2019年9—12月共采集某医学院学生有效标本353份,总感染率为18.13%(64/353)。来自北方学生蠕形螨感染率为19.93%(60/301),来自南方学生的感染率为7.69%(4/52),北方学生感染率高于南方学生,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.476,P<0.05);但饮食(χ^(2)=0.022,P>0.05)、皮肤类型(χ^(2)=1.672,P>0.05)、日常是否化妆(χ^(2)=0.456,P>0.05)、洁面用品(χ^(2)=6.023,P>0.05)、面部皮肤病史(χ^(2)=2.253,P>0.05)、晚睡时间(χ^(2)=5.550,P>0.05)、宿舍通风(χ^(2)=0.356,P>0.05)等因素差异均无统计学意义,均与蠕形螨感染无明显相关性。结论面部蠕形螨感染在石家庄地区某医学院学生群体中普遍存在,感染率低于国内平均水平,但仍应加强蠕形螨健康教育宣传,并采取相应防治措施。

Objective To investigate the infection prevalence of facial demodex infection in students in a medical college in Shijiazhuang,and to provide reference for prevention and treatment of facial demodex infection in college students.Methods The pasting technique with transparent adhesive paper was applied to collect samples from students with different majors from three grades in a medical college,and online questionnaire survey was used to collect and analyze related factors.Results A total of 353 effective specimens from a medical college were collected from September to December 2019.The overall infection rate was 18.13%(64/353),and the infection for northern and southern students was 19.93%(60/301)and 7.69%(4/52),respectively,and the infection rate of northern students was higher than southern students,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.476,P<0.05).The differences in the diet(χ^(2)=0.022,P>0.05),skin type(χ^(2)=1.672,P>0.05),daily make-up(χ^(2)=0.456,P>0.05),facial cleaning products(χ^(2)=6.023,P>0.05),history of facial skin(χ^(2)=2.253,P>0.05),late sleep time(χ^(2)=5.550,P>0.05),dormitory ventilation(χ^(2)=0.356,P>0.05)and similar factors were not statistically significant,with no significant association with demodex infection.Conclusion Facial demodex infection is common among the groups of college students in a medical college in Shijiazhuang,the infection rate is lower than average level in China.The publicity and education for demodex prevention should be strengthened,appropriate prevention and control measures should be taken against demodex infection.
