国家政务信息化工程验收标准实践研究

Practice Research on Acceptance Standard of National Government Affair Informatization Project

近年中央与地方政府部门提速政务信息化的建设,对促进政府部门决策的科学性及提高监管等方面发挥了重大作用。围绕推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的总目标,加快推进数字政府建设,2021年12月,国家发展改革委印发《“十四五”推进国家政务信息化规划》的通知,对我国“十四五”时期政务信息化发展作出部署。本文依据相关文件管理要求与规定,结合政务信息化建设实践活动,对政务信息化的验收工作进行了研究和探讨。

In recent years,the central and local government departments have accelerated the construction of government affair informatization,which has played an important role in promoting the scientificity of decision-making and improving supervision in government departments.Focusing on the overall goal of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity and accelerating the construction of digital government,the National Development and Reform Commission issued the notice on a plan in December 2021,which made arrangements for the development of government affair informatization during the 14 th Five-year Plan period.According to the requirements and regulations of relevant document and combined with the practical activities of government affair informatization construction,this paper studies and discusses the acceptance of government affair informatization.
