摘要
随着近年来标准化工作不断推进以及国家多部委的政策支持,ETC业务得到快速发展,各大金融机构深耕ETC智能化集成,推动ETC业务进入“ETC+金融智能”时代。本文以此背景为基础,回顾我国ETC标准化历程,深挖ETC业务目前在技术、服务、金融安全方面的诸多问题,并从标准化服务流程和标准化管理规范两个方面提出标准化“ETC+金融智能”业务体系框架的基本设计思路,为在实践中发现、观察并及时解决相关问题提供良好启示。
With the promotion of standardization work and the support of national policies,ETC business has been developing rapidly in these years,financial institutions are deeply engaged in the intelligent integration of ETC,pushing it into the era of "ETC+Financial Intelligence".Based on this background,this paper reviews the standardization process of ETC in China,identifies the existing problems on technologies,services and financial security of ETC business,and proposes the basic designing ideas for the construction of standardized "ETC+Financial Intelligence" business system in terms of standardized service process and standardized management norms,providing enlightenment for finding and timely solving relevant problems in practice.
