工业企业水循环利用标准化实践

Practice on Water Recycling Standardization in Industrial Enterprises

随着可持续发展观念的推广,节能减排和环保的概念被越来越多的人接受和关注,环境保护以及节能减排也是企业可持续发展的前提。其中水资源是人类赖以生存的重要资源。随着工业生产进程的加快,水资源的问题逐渐凸显,对于水资源的充分利用和采用环保的方式对水资源进行处理和运用成为重要课题。本文以某工业企业为例,通过建立水循环标准化体系,结合水工艺技术处理,大大提升了对于回归水的利用率,减少COD排放量,有助于经济效益的提升,对于推动工业水资源的循环再利用起着重大作用。

With the promotion of sustainable development,the concept of energy conservation & emission reduction and environmental protection is accepted and concerned by more and more people.Environmental protection and energy conservation & emission reduction are also the premise of sustainable development of enterprises.Among them,water resources are an important resource for human survival.With the acceleration of industrial production process,the problem of water resources has gradually become prominent,which directly affects the feasibility and efficiency of water re sources utilization.It is an important topic for the full utilization of water resources and the use of environmental protection for water resources treatment and application.This paper takes an industrial enterprise as an example,and establishes water recycling standardization system,which greatly improve s the utilization rate of return water and reduces COD emissions in combination with water process technology treatment.It contributes to the improvement of economic benefits,and plays an important role in promoting the recycling of industrial water resources.
