在人口老龄化逐步严峻的形势下,社会对于养老服务人才的数量和质量提出了更高的要求,养老服务人才只有在不断提高职业能力、人文素养和职业精神的基础上,才能进一步优化养老服务效果,真正体现养老服务的价值和意义,进而推动养老服务事业发展进步;本文通过对人文素养培育对养老服务人才的重要性开展分析,提出了利用人文素养培育提升养老服务人才职业能力的有效策略;只有利用强化人文素养培育观念、融入人文素养培育内容、实践活动中渗透人文素养、组建专业教师队伍等多种策略,保障养老服务教育效率和质量,才能为社会输送更多具有良好职业精神和人文素养的养老服务人才,为养老服务事业的发展奠定坚实基础。

With the gradually severe ageing population,the society has put forward higher requirements for elderly services.Only by improving professional ability,humanistic quality and professional spirit can elderly service personnel further optimize the effect of elderly services,really reflect the value and significance of elderly services,thus promoting the development of elderly services.This paper analyzes the importance of humanistic quality cultivation to the elderly service talents,and puts forward the effective strategy of using humanistic quality to cultivate and improve the professional ability of the elderly service talents.Only by multiple strategies such as enhancing the ideas of humanistic quality cultivation,integrating into the content of humanistic quality cultivation,penetrating humanistic quality in practical activities,and building a team of professional teachers,can more elderly service talents with good professional ability and humanistic quality play their due role in the society,laying a solid foundation for the development of elderly services.
