标准化护理对高血压患者的效果分析

目的:分析标准化护理应用在高血压患者护理中的效果。方法:选取甘肃省定西市临洮县新添镇中心卫生院2012年1月-2020年12月收治的80例高血压患者进行研究,以随机、单盲法分组,各40例。予以对照组患者常规护理,予以观察组患者常规护理基础上的标准化护理干预。对比分析护理效果。结果:护理优良率对比,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后收缩压及舒张压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对高血压患者实施标准化护理干预效果好。

Objective:To analyze the effect of humanized and standardized nursing in the nursing of patients with hypertension.Methods:80 patients with hypertension treated in Xintian Town Central Health Center from January2012 to December 2020 were selected for study.They were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were given humanized and standardized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was comparatively analyzed.Results:The excellent and good rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of humanized and standardized nursing intervention for patients with hypertension is good.
