目的:探讨妇产科标准化护理管理体系的建立与效果。方法:转变思想、统一认识;在现有基础上完善有关规章制度,明确各岗位具体职责;完善人力资源配备,改变排班方式;简化护理文书,提高工作效率;加强护士技能学习和培训,提升服务质量;落实基础性护理工作,开展创新特色专科服务;完善激励与考核机制。结果:提高患者对护理工作的满意度,全面提升护理工作质量和护理队伍的综合素质。结论:标准化护理服务成效显著。

Objective:To explore the establishment and effect of the standardized nursing management system in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:Changed thinking,unified understanding can improve relevant rules and regulations on the existing basis,and define specific responsibilities of each post;improve human resources,and change shift mode;simplify nursing documents,and improve work efficiency;enhance learning and training of nurse skills,and improve service quality;implement basic nursing work,and develop innovative specialty services;improve incentive and assessment mechanism.Results:Standardized nursing can improve the patients’ satisfaction with nursing work,and comprehensively improve the quality of nursing work and the comprehensive quality of the nursing team.Conclusion:Standardized nursing service has achieved remarkable re sults.
