腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术规范化治疗卵巢囊肿的临床价值

Clinical Value of Standardized Treatment of Ovarian Cyst through Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Exfoliation

目的:研究并分析腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术规范化治疗卵巢囊肿的临床价值。方法:选择2019年10月-2020年10月吉林市第二人民医院接收的卵巢囊肿患者72例,分成对照组和观察组,每组36例,对照组采用开腹卵巢囊肿剥除术规范化治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术规范化治疗,对比两组效果。结果:对照组患者各项结果均差于观察组患者(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术规范化治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果显著,有效改善患者卵巢功能指标,且缩短患者手术时间、排气时间、住院时间,减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To study and analyze the clinical value of standardized treatment of ovarian cyst through laparoscopic ovarian cyst exfoliation.Methods:A total of 72 patients with ovarian cyst received by Jilin City Second People’s Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 36 patients in each group.The control group received standardized treatment of open ovarian cyst exfoliation,and the observation group received standardized treatment of laparoscopic ovarian cyst exfoliation,and the effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The results of the control group were worse than those of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic ovarian cyst exfoliation has a significant clinical effect on standardized treatment of ovarian cyst,which can effectively improve the ovarian function index of patients,shorten the operation time,exhaust the time and hospital stay,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss and reduce the incidence of complications.
