摘要 本文建立热脱附-气相色谱-质谱法测定室内空气中丙烯腈、萘、己内酰胺的检测方法。先使用装有特定吸附剂的不锈钢管子来采集室内空气中的丙烯腈、萘和己内酰胺,再将管子放置在热脱附仪的进样器中,样品经过热脱附后,使用气相色谱-质谱方式进行分析,保留时间和标准质谱图进行定性,外标法进行定量。最终得到的结论是此方法在10~500ng的范围内这三种物质的含量与响应值呈现良好的线性关系,三种物质的相关系数均可以达到0.999,当室内空气的采集体积为2 L时,该方法的方法检出限可以达到0.710~0.912μg/m3。方法的精密度为1.01%~4.97%,加标回收率为85.1%~121%。本方法灵敏度较高,具有较好的精密度和准确度,效果满意。 In this paper,a method for the determination of Acrylonitrile,Naphthalene and Caprolactam in indoor air by thermal desorption and-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was established.In this method,the three VOCs in the indoor air are collected by solid adsorbent tube,which was put into the thermal desorber and analyzed by GC/MS after thermal desorption.The three targeted VOCs are determined qualitatively by comparing their reference spectrum and its retention time And quantitively by external standards.The conclusion is that a good linear relationship is established between the content of the three substances and the response value in the range of 10~500 ng.The correlation coefficient of the three substances can reach 0.999.When the collection volume of indoor air is 2 L,the detection limit of the method can reach 0.710~0.912μg/m3.The precision of the method is 1.01%~4.97%,and the recovery is 85.1%~121%.The method has high sensitivity,good precision and accuracy,with satisfactory effect.
