2020年云南省城市居民对爱国卫生“7个专项行动”的知晓率和满意度分析

Analysis on the awareness rate and satisfaction of urban residents in Yunnan on the“7 special campaigns”for patriotic health in 2020

目的了解云南省129个县(市区)居民对爱国卫生“7个专项行动”的知晓率和满意度,为下一步推进爱国卫生工作提供数据支撑和理论依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法抽取居民进行入户问卷调查,利用χ^(2)检验和Kruskal-Wallis非参数检验进行数据统计分析。结果有效问卷共计收回6449份,居民对爱国卫生“7个专项行动”知晓率为98.51%,性别(χ^(2)=5.32,P<0.05)和年龄(χ^(2)=16.48,P<0.05)知晓率之间差异有统计学意义,国家卫生县城知晓率与其他城市之间差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.96,P>0.05)。居民整体满意度为88.71分,其中对“农贸市场全提升”的满意度最高(98.54分),对“公共厕所全达标”的满意度最低(86.99分),影响满意度的主要因素为“公共厕所全达标”行动(χ^(2)=10.07,P<0.05)和“清洁消毒全覆盖”行动(χ^(2)=38.57,P<0.05)。结论云南省居民对爱国卫生“7个专项行动”的知晓率和满意度总体情况较好,各部门和各行业要进一步落实公共厕所长效管护机制,并对公共场所日常消毒工作进行督导,提高居民对爱国卫生工作的满意度。

Objective To understand the awareness rate and satisfaction of urban residents in 129 counties in Yunnan Province about the“7 special campaigns”for patriotic health,and to provide the data support and theoretical basis to promote the patriotic health movement in the next step.Methods The households were surveyed by means of multistage sampling,and statistical analysis was carried out by usingχ^(2)test and Kruskal-Wallis non-parametric test.Results A total of 6449 valid questionnaires were collected,the awareness rate of residents on the“7 special campaigns”for patriotic health was 98.51%,the differences in the sex(χ^(2)=5.32,P<0.05),age(χ^(2)=16.48,P<0.05)and the awareness rate of residents were statistically significant,and the difference between the national health counties and other cities wasn′t statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.96,P>0.05).Overall satisfaction of residents hit 88.71 approximately,the satisfaction of“full improvement of farmer′s market”was the highest(98.54 points)and the“full construction of public toilets”(86.99 points)did worst.The main factors affecting the satisfaction were the“standardization construction of public toilets”action(χ^(2)=10.07,P<0.05)and the“full pass of cleaning and disinfection”action was minimum(χ^(2)=38.57,P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness rate and satisfaction of Yunnan residents on“7 special campaigns”for patriotic health are satisfactory on the whole,the departments and industries should further implement the mechanism for long-term management of public toilets and supervision of disinfection in public places to improve the satisfaction of residents for patriotic health work.
