试论教师家庭教育指导专业素养的内涵、特性与循证提升模式 被引量:18

The Connotation, Characteristics and Evidence-based Improvement Model of Teachers’ Professional Competence in Family Education Guidance

摘要 家校共育对学生成长发展具有重要意义,由于职业身份特性,教师对家庭教育发挥着重要作用。为提升教师家庭教育指导专业素养,厘清这一素养的概念内涵,尝试从实践操作性维度对教师家庭教育指导专业素养的内涵进行建构,将教师家庭教育指导专业素养分为七个可操作部分:理解家庭教育意义的素养、熟知家庭教育内涵的素养、观察与评估家庭教育现状的素养、整合家庭教育支持性资源的素养、指导家庭教育质量提升的素养、干预家庭教育不良进程的素养、开展家庭教育指导或干预后效评价的素养。教师家庭教育指导专业素养的内涵决定了素养在实践中的生成性、统整性和实践性这三项基本特征。基于素养提升与循证实践之间的逻辑共性,研究进而提出了基于循证5A模式的教师家庭教育指导专业素养提升模式及发展建议。 The home-school co-education is of great significance to students’ growth and development, and teachers play an important role in family education due to their professional identity. In order to improve teachers’ professional competence in home education guidance and clarify the conceptual connotation of this competence, this research attempts to construct the connotation of teachers’ professional competence in home education guidance from the practical and operational dimension, and divide teachers’ professional competence in home education guidance into seven operable parts: competence in understanding the meaning of family education, competence in knowing the connotation of family education, competence in observing and evaluating the current situation of family education, competence in integrating supportive resources for family education, competence in guiding the improvement of family education quality, competence in intervening in disadvantage family education processes and competence in conducting evaluation of the after-effects of family education guidance or intervention. The connotation of teachers’ professional competence in family education guidance determines three basic characteristics of the competence in practice. This is kind of competence is generative, integrative and practical. Based on the logical commonality between competence improvement and evidence-based practice, the study proposes a model for enhancing teachers’ professional competence in family education guidance based on the evidence-based 5 A model and gives some suggestions for the development.
