乡村振兴时代的卓越乡村教师:角色与素质能力 被引量:17

Outstanding Rural Teachers in the Era of Rural Revitalization: Role and Quality and Ability

摘要 乡村教师是乡村社会不可或缺的乡土人才。乡村振兴时代评价一个乡村教师是否卓越,不仅要关注其能否“教好学”,更要看重其在乡村社会中的角色担当与贡献。本文运用文献法、访谈法、扎根理论法,建构了乡村振兴战略下各方对乡村教师的角色期待,在此基础上结合理论与实践认为:乡村振兴时代卓越乡村教师应承担起“乡村民众教育者、乡村文化塑造者、乡村社会治理者、乡村经济建设者、乡村生态维护者”五重角色。角色胜任需要素质能力作为支撑,卓越乡村教师履行好五重角色,必须具备相应的角色知识、角色能力、角色品格与个体特质。未来让定向师范生与乡村教师具备这些素质能力,理应成为我国乡村教师教育改革发展的重要目标与方向。 Rural teachers are indispensable local talents in rural society. In the era of rural revitalization, to evaluate whether a rural teacher is excellent, not only pay attention to whether they can “teach and learn”, but also pay attention to their role and contribution in rural society.Using literature, interviews, rooted theory, this research has constructed the country under the strategy of the role of rural teachers, and find that, on the rural revitalization era outstanding rural teachers should under take the roles as “rural people educators, rural culture shaping, rural social governance, rural economic builders, rural ecological defenders”.Role competence needs the support of quality and ability. Excellent rural teachers must perform the five roles with the corresponding role knowledge, role ability, role character and individual characteristics.In the future, making targeted normal university students and rural teachers have these qualities and abilities should become an important goal and direction of the reform and development of rural teacher education reform in China.
