新高考背景下教师适应性测评模型的构建——如何对教师适应新高考进行定量刻画和价值判断 被引量:2

Construction of Teacher Adaptability Assessment Model under the Background of New College Entrance Examination: How to Quantitatively Characterize and Judge the Value of Teachers’ Adaptation to the New College Entrance Examination

摘要 当下对教师适应新高考的关键要素及其相互关系进行定量刻画和价值判断,不仅有益于新高考的顺利推进,也可将高考改革同新时代教育评价改革相联系。为此,本研究在界定操作性定义的基础上,通过对10省市3580名高中教师的有效调查,构建了新高考背景下教师适应性测评模型。其中,1790名被试用于探索性因素分析,得到认知适应、知识适应、能力适应和压力适应4个维度,合计20个观测指标;1790名被试用于验证性因素分析,结果显示测评模型的拟合良好。从信效度检验来看,该模型具有良好的测量学性能,可用于定量刻画教师适应新高考的关键要素及其相互关系。以此为据可作出以下价值判断:教师适应新高考的重点是认知适应,难点是压力适应,突破点是主动适应。 The quantitative characterization and value judgment of the key elements and their interrelations of teachers’ adaptation to the new college entrance examination are not only beneficial to the smooth progress of the new college entrance examination, but also can link the reform of college entrance examination with the reform of education evaluation in the new era. Therefore, on the basis of defining the operational definition, this research constructs the teacher adaptability evaluation model under the new college entrance examination background through the sample survey of 3580 high school teachers in 10 provinces and cities. Among them, 1790 were used in exploratory factor analysis, and four observation dimensions of cognitive adaptation, knowledge adaptation, ability adaptation and stress adaptation were obtained, with a total of 20 observation indexes. A total of 1790 people were tested in Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA), and the results showed that the model fit well. Based on the reliability and validity test, the model has good measurement performance and can be used to quantitatively describe the key factors and their interrelationships of teachers’ adaptation to the new college entrance examination. Based on this, the following value judgments can be made: the key point for teachers to adapt to the new college entrance examination is cognitive adaptation, the difficulty is pressure adaptation, and the breakthrough is active adaptation.
