摘要 为了研究负压环境下的钢/不锈钢爆炸焊接参数,采用ANSYS/AUTODYN模拟特性参数,理论分析了参数设置的合理性。以Q235钢与304不锈钢分别作为基、复板材料,铵油炸药为焊接炸药,模拟研究负压环境下结合界面的焊接参数。结果表明:复板主要受到两个压力波影响,前端为炸药爆轰产生,后部为复板撞击基板产生。负压环境下的碰撞压力约11.2 GPa,最大碰撞速度达到471 m/s,参数超过了其临界碰撞压力和临界碰撞速度,焊接参数设置合理。 In order to study the explosive welding parameters of steel/stainless steel under negative pressure,ANSYS/AUTODYN is used to simulate the characteristic parameters,and the rationality of parameters is analyzed theoretically.Taking Q235 steel and 304 stainless steel as base and cladding materials,ANFO explosives as welding explosive,the bonding interface welding parameters under negative pressure is simulated and studied.The results show that the clad plate is mainly subjected to two pressure waves,the front is produced by explosive detonation,and the rear is produced by clad plate impacting the substrate.The collision pressure under negative pressure reaches about 11.2 GPa,and the maximum collision velocity reaches 471 m/s.The parameters exceed the critical collision pressure and critical collision velocity,and the welding parameters are reasonable.
