摘要
针对复杂环境下砖混结构烟囱爆破拆除工况,采用开挖定向窗方式控制烟囱倒塌方向并精细设计各项爆破参数,通过优化开凿工艺、爆破参数及起爆网路等控制措施控制爆破有害效应,同时采用ANSYS/LSDYNA数值仿真软件建立三维有限元模型模拟烟囱的倒塌工况。结果表明:现场爆破施工后,烟囱沿设计方向倒塌,爆破振动、飞石均得到有效控制,未对周边环境造成影响。
In view of the blasting demolition conditions of a brick-concrete chimney in complex environment,the method of excavating directional window is used to control the collapse direction of the chimney.And blasting parameters are designed carefully.The harmful effects of blasting are controlled by optimizing the excavation process,blasting parameters and initiation network.At the same time,ANSYS/LSDYNA numerical simulation software is used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model to simulate the chimney collapse condition.The results show that after blasting,the chimney collapses to the design direction,and the blasting vibration and flying rocks are effectively controlled without affecting the surrounding environment.
