现场混装炸药在华润冬瓜仑露天矿山的应用

Application of on-site mixed explosive in huarun donggualun open-pit mine

现场混装炸药爆破是“十四五”民用爆炸物品行业安全发展规划重点推广的爆破技术,是爆破工艺的革新。为深入贯彻落实全国安全生产专项整治三年行动、建立从根本上消除事故隐患的长效机制、促进技术进步及降本增效,在华润冬瓜仑露天石灰石矿山采用现场混装炸药爆破工艺。通过多次试爆,从装药品种、炸药装填比例和孔网参数等方面入手,进行优化调整。试爆结果表明:与包装型炸药相比,采用现场混装炸药可提高作业效率,改善爆破效果,降低综合成本,消除了炸药运输、储存、装卸等环节的风险,具有较好的经济效益。

In order to thoroughly implement the national special rectification of production safety for three years,establish a long-term mechanism to fundamentally eliminate the accident hidden dangers,promote technological progress,reduce cost and increase efficiency,the on-site mixed explosive blasting technology is applied in Huarun Donggualun open-pit limestone mine.Through multiple explosion tests,optimization and adjustment are carried out from the aspects of charge types,explosive charging ratio and hole net parameters.The test results show that compared with the packaged explosives,the on-site mixed explosive can improve the operation efficiency and the blasting effect,reduce the comprehensive cost,eliminate the risks of explosives in transportation,storage,loading and unloading.And it also has good economic benefits.
