摘要
建筑信息模型(building information modeler,BIM)技术近年来在医院多维管理中的研究与应用愈来愈多,随之“BIM+”的概念不断衍生并付诸实践。首都医科大学附属北京地坛医院采用物联网(internet of things,IoT)技术构建起现代医院智慧后勤“一站式”管理新模式,实现设备、能耗、环境、安全等智能可视化和数据化动态运维、分析、预警和管理,并在抗击新冠肺炎疫情中予以初步应用。
In recent years,there are more and more researches and applications of building information modeler(BIM)technology in multi-dimensional management of hospitals,and the concept of"BIM+"is constantly derived and put into practice.Beijing Ditan Hospital Capital Medical University has constructed a new"one-stop"management mode of intelligent logistics in modern hospitals by Internet of things(IoT)technology;realized intelligent visualization,dynamic operation and maintenance of data,analysis,early warning and management such as equipment,energy consumption,environment and safety,and primarily applied it in the fight against COVID-19.
