三级医院进修生全流程管理系统的设计与实现

Design and realization of the whole process management system for advanced training physician in tertiary hospitals

目的:优化进修生业务流程,解决数据共享问题,为医院进修生信息化管理方案的构建提供参考。方法:华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院进修生管理系统的设计与实现,按照全流程信息化管理方法,使进修生申请、审核、报到、考勤、绩效、结业等信息在各部门之间流转起来。结果:建立进修生全流程管理系统,自上线起,系统中进修生库人数稳步递增;通过集成平台建立了和医院各信息系统的数据接口,实现了进修生信息同步、流程审批信息、计费数据的交互。结论:全流程信息化的进修生管理系统简化了进修生业务流程,提高了医院各管理部门的工作效率和准确性,实现了进修生管理项目在医院的高效实施。

Objective To optimize the business process of advanced training physician,solve the problem of data sharing,and provide reference for the construction of information management scheme for advanced training physician in the hospital.Methods According to the whole process information management method,Tongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science&Technology has designed a advanced training physician management system,so that the information of advanced training physician of application,audit,registration,attendance,performance,graduation and so on can be circulated among the departments.Results Since the launch of whole process management system for advanced training physician,the number of advanced training physician in the system has increased steadily,and the data interfaces with each hospital information system has been established through the integration platform,which has realized the synchronization of advanced training physician information,process approval information and interaction of billing data.Conclusion The whole process informationbased advanced training physician management system simplifies the business process of advanced training physician,improves the work efficiency and accuracy of management departments of the hospital,and realizes the efficient implementation of the advanced training physician management project in the hospital.
