坏死性筋膜炎疾病研究的知识图谱可视化分析

Visualization analysis of knowledge mapping of necrotizing fasciitis diseases study

目的:以坏死性筋膜炎为主题开展知识图谱可视化分析,探索自1990年—2020年我国坏死性筋膜炎领域的发展现状、研究热点、发展趋势,为后续研究提供借鉴。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)数据库为数据源检索相关文献,并将所得数据文件导入CiteSpace软件,对作者、机构和关键词进行共现分析并得到相关知识图谱。结果:共纳入1151篇文献,通过CiteSpace软件共现分析找到坏死性筋膜炎领域研究的高产机构、具有代表性的研究者、高频关键词以及突现词。研究发现各个研究者及机构缺乏交流合作,研究热点主题有该疾病的感染组织与部位、诊断与治疗。结论:坏死性筋膜炎领域的研究整体较少但逐年增加,知识图谱揭示了肛周坏死性筋膜炎以及坏死性筋膜炎治疗应用负压封闭引流(VSD)与清创术是目前的研究热点。

Objective To make the visualization analysis of knowledge mapping with the theme of necrotizing fasciitis,explore the development status,research hotspots and development trends in the field of necrotizing fasciitis in China from 1990 to 2020,and provide reference for subsequent researches.Methods Related literatures were searched from CNKI database,and the obtained data documents were imported into CiteSpace software.The co-occurrence analysis of authors,institutions and keywords was conducted to obtain the related knowledge mapping.Results A total of 1,151 literatures were included,which were co-occurrence analysis by CiteSpace software to find high-yield institutions,representative researchers,high-frequency keywords and burst terms in the field of necrotizing fasciitis.The study found that there was a lack of communication and cooperation among researchers and institutions.The hot topics of researches include the infected tissues and sites,diagnosis and treatment of the necrotizing fasciitis disease.Conclusion The researches on necrotizing fasciitis is less,but increasing year by year.The knowledge mapping shows that the necrotizing fasciitis around the anus and the treatment of necrotizing fasciitis with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)and debridement are the current research hotspots.
