摘要
介绍了一种基于Android或IOS移动终端的微型核辐射探测仪。该仪器以硅PIN光电二极管作为光电转换传感器,核辐射信号被传感器转换为电信号后,经内部电路放大和电压比较整形后,通过3.5 mm耳机接口或TYPE-C接口传输至移动终端进行数据处理。探测仪主要功能为测量待测物体或环境中是否存在高于天然本底的X或γ射线辐射,并发出警报。相比传统辐射探测仪,本探测仪具有响应快、抗干扰强、体积小、灵敏度高、无需高压偏置等优点。
This paper introduces a micro nuclear radiation detector which is based on Android or IOS mobile terminal.The instrument uses silicon PIN photodiode as the photoelectric conversion sensor.After the signal is amplified and shaped by the internal circuit,it is transmitted to the mobile terminal for data processing through the 3.5 mm headphone interface or Type-C interface.The main function of the detector is to measure whether X or γ ray radiation in the object is higher than the natural background,and give an alarm.Compared with the traditional radiation detector,the detector has the advantages of fast response,strong anti-interference,s mall size,high sensitivity and no high voltage bias,etc.
