摘要 为及时发现CAFe装置相关设备的故障,设计了基于Kafka的加速器报警系统。该系统采用EPICS的Phoebus软件进行架构的部署,Kafka作为报警系统的流平台,有效提高了系统的吞吐量,实现了实时报警。实验测试结果表明:该系统运行稳定可靠、操作简单、界面简洁,已应用于CAFe装置的前端监控现场,可满足工作人员实时监测两千多个PV运行状态的需求,解决了故障难以定位的问题,减少了故障处理的时间。 In order to detect the failure of the related equipment of the CAFe device in time,an accelerator alarm system based on Kafka was designed.The system uses Phoebus software of EPICS to deploy its architecture.Kafka,as the streaming platform of the alarm system,can effectively increase the throughput of the system and realize real-time alarms.The experimental test results show that the system is stable and reliable in operation,simple in operation,and simple in interface.It has been applied to the front-end monitoring site of the CAFe device and can meet the needs of the staff to monitor the operating status of more than 2 000 PV in real time.The system solves the problem that the fault is difficult to locate and reduces the time for troubleshooting.
