超声造影检查相关参数对甲状腺乳头状癌的评估

Value of quantitative parameters related to contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in papillary thyroid carcinoma

将61例甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)患者纳为研究组, 42例甲状腺良性结节患者纳为良性组, 通过回顾性研究分析超声造影相关参数在术前评估甲状腺结节良恶性病变中的价值。研究发现, PTC与甲状腺良性结节的增强强度及增强均匀程度均差异显著;超声造影时间-强度曲线(TIC)定量分析、平均通道时间(MTT)、峰值强度(PI)等参数在鉴别甲状腺乳头状癌中具有一定的临床应用价值。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the value of quantitative parameters related to contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS)in papillary thyroid carcinoma.Sixty-one patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma were included as the study group,and 42 with benign thyroid nodules as the benign group.The value of quantitative parameters related to contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS)in the preoperative evaluation of benign and malignant thyroid nodules was retrospectively analyzed.The study showed significant differences in intensity and uniformity of enhancement between papillary thyroid carcinoma and benign thyroid nodules.In conclusion,quantitative analysis of time-intensity curve(TIC),mean transit time(MTT)and peak intensity(PI)of CEUS has certain clinical value in differential diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
