道路交通安全风险警示服务技术体系研究

面对道路安全建设起步晚、技术标准滞后、配备设施缺失等现状,以及路面存在的大量行车风险,公安部门开展了卓有成效的交通安全专项行动,为提高道路交通安全、畅通、服务水平积累了成功经验。实践表明,强化道路交通安全风险警示服务,有利于预防道路交通事故、提高道路通行效率、减少交通违法行为。为此,本文提出了道路交通安全风险警示服务内涵、实现途径、部署设想,以期为构建道路交通安全风险警示服务技术体系奠定基础,为深化道路交通事故防控工程提供有益的借鉴。

Faced with the current situation of late start of road safety construction,backward technical standards,lack of equipment and facilities,as well as a large number of driving risks on the road,the traffic police department has carried out special effective actions on traffic safety,which has accumulated successful experiences in improving road traffic safety,smoothing traffic and enhancing service level.Practice has shown that strengthening road traffic safety risk warning services is conducive to preventing road traffic accidents,improving road traffic efficiency and reducing traffic violations.Therefore,this paper proposes connotation of risk warning services,realization approaches and deployment assumptions of road traffic safety in order to lay a foundation for the construction of a road traffic safety risk warning service technology system and provide a useful reference for the deepening of road traffic accident prevention and control engineering.
