Anonymous Prescriptions in Dunhuang Manuscript P.2661V

敦煌文献P.2661V定名为“方技书”,内容包含大量占验术,并夹杂两首佚名医方。经梳理后发现,其中一首医方与唐代《千金要方》“金城太守白薇丸”同源,亦与宋代《妇人大全良方》等书“秦桂圆”“螽斯丸”同源,而在古方传抄过程中,传抄者根据自己的理解调整化裁了所抄药方。

Dunhuang Manuscript P.2661V was entitled“Fang Ji Shu”(Various Arts and Practice for Wellbeing and Longevity),containing a large number of Daoist prediction contents and two anonymous medical prescriptions.By studying the prescriptions,the author found that one medical prescription shares origin with Jin Cheng Tai Shou Bai Wei Wan(Bai Wei Pill)from Qiān Jīn Yào Fāng(《千金要方》,Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold)of the Tang dynasty,and with Qin Gui Yuan(Qin Jiao Gui Zhi Pill)and Zhong Si Wan(Zhong Si Pill)from FùRén DàQuán Liáng Fāng(《妇人大全良方》,Compendium of Effective Prescriptions for Women)of the Song dynasty.When transcribing the prescriptions,the transcriber modified the prescriptions based on individual understanding.
