电解铝电流强化后的影响及应对措施

摘要 电流强度是电解铝生产最重要的技术指标,也是其它技术指标的前提和基础。国内电解铝行业的发展趋势一直朝着大电流强度方向发展,在设计和生产管理上都取得了宝贵的经验,技术已经日益成熟。对现有电解系列的电流强度进行强化升级,也是部分企业采取的常用办法。本文重点描述了电流强度超出设计值(强化后)所带来的有利和不利影响,重点阐述了产生各种不利影响的具体原因,提出了应对措施及建议,为电解铝企业生产工艺控制、降低能耗、规避安全风险具有一定的参考价值。 Current intensity is not only the most important technical index of electrolytic aluminum production,but also the premise and basis of other technical indexes.The development tendency of domestic electrolytic aluminum enterprises has been developing towards high current intensity.Valuable experience has been gained in the pre-design and production management of high current intensity aluminum electrolysis cell,and the technology has become more and more mature.Strengthening the existing current intensity of aluminum electrolysis cell is also a common method adopted by some aluminum electrolysis enterprises.This paper focuses on the beneficial and adverse effects caused by the current intensity exceeding the design value(after current strengthening),especially focuses on the specific reasons for various adverse effects of aluminum electrolysis cell,and proposes appropriate measures and suggestions.Finally,this paper provides certain reference values for aluminum electrolysis enterprises in process control of electrolytic aluminum production,reducing energy consumption and avoiding safety production risks fields.
