王水溶样-电感耦合等离子体质谱法直接测定金矿中的金 被引量:1

摘要 电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)应用于金矿中金的测定,有效地解决了传统析方法有毒化学试剂用量大、测试时间久或是检出限高等诸多问题。本文的方法,用王水溶解样品后,残渣无需分离,溶液无需定容,取上清液稀释直接采用ICP-MS法测定金量,能准确快速的测定金矿中的金含量。通过对比活性炭吸附-原子吸收分光光度法、金矿外检结果及金矿一级国家标准物质结果,试验结果表明本法的检出限达到0.02μg/g,而且干扰少,操作简单,具备很强的应用性,能大大提高金矿中金的分析效率。 The application of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)to the determination of gold in gold ores has effectively solved many problems of traditional analytical methods,such as large amount of toxic chemical reagents,long test time or high detection limit.In this method,after dissolving the sample with aqua regia,the residue does not need to be separated,the solution does not need to be constant volume,the supernatant is diluted and the gold content is directly determined by ICP-MS method,which can accurately and quickly determine the gold content in the gold deposit.By comparing the results of activated carbon adsorption atomic absorption spectrophotometry,gold external inspection and gold primary national standard material,the test results show that the detection limit of this method reaches 0.02μg/g,less interference,simple operation,strong applicability,can greatly improve the analysis efficiency of gold in gold ore.
