摘要
随着冶金产品的需求的不断提升,人们展开了对冶金工艺的大规模研究,从金属冶炼过程中探寻到了不定型耐火技术并将其大规模应用高温窖炉中。因为不定型耐火材料在耐热方面效用较高,所以成为了生产过程中的重要因素被大量工业炉的产品生产作为重要选择,本文从不定型耐火材料的概念出发,分析了现代工艺下不定型耐火材料的优势与应用情况,并通过应用过程中的问题对不定型耐火材料的发展方向进行探讨,以供相关人士交流探讨。
With the increasing demand for metallurgical products,people have carried out large-scale research on metallurgical technology,explored the amorphous refractory technology from the metal smelting process,and applied it to high-temperature pit furnaces on a large scale.Because unshaped refractories are effective in heat resistance,they have become an important factor in the production process and have been taken as an important choice by the production of a large number of industrial furnaces.Starting from the concept of unshaped refractories,this paper analyzes the advantages and applications of unshaped refractories under modern technology,and discusses the development direction of unshaped refractories through the problems in the application process,so as to provide relevant people with exchanges and discussions.
