花类药质地轻扬,药性平和,毒副作用小,是中药本草的重要组成部分。现通过撷取古籍的载录、医家的用花经验和现代医学的最新研究,探析花类药安神宁心、通利心脉、平肝降压的中医功效,概述其保护心肌、减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤、改善心律失常、抗血小板聚集、稳定血压血脂的作用,并从中成药和多种入食途径角度列举了花类药在防治心血管疾病方面的具体应用,谨为医者在心系疾病的用药方面提供一定参考,并期推动花类药的现代化研究。

Flower medicine is an important part of Chinese materia medica,with its light texture,mild medicinal properties and little toxic and side effects.Now its based on the records of ancient books,doctors’experience in using flowers and the latest research of modern medicine,analyzing the traditional Chinese medicine effects of flower on tranquilizing the mind,dredging the arteries and veins,calming the liver and lowering blood pressure,summarizes their functions of protecting myocardium,reducing myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,improving arrhythmia,resisting platelet aggregation and stabilizing blood pressure and blood lipid,and lists the specific applications of flower medicine in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases from the perspective of Chinese patent medicines and various ways of eating,for the sake of doctors in cardiovascular diseases,providing some reference for doctors in the medication of heart diseases,and hoping to promote the modern research of flower medicine.
